Prices are subject to change without notice. We proudly accept secure online payments via all major credit cards. Credit card orders are also welcome via phone during normal business hours. Money orders and cashier's checks also accepted. Personal checks also accepted. Payment must clear our bank (3 business days) before orders are shipped. We do not accept PayPal.
Required 7.75% CA state sales tax will be applied automatically at checkout for all California residents.
Most orders are shipped within 1 -2 business days after they are received. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is received. Whenever possible, we will also provide tracking information via email once your order is shipped.
As some products are "built to order" or subject to temporary back-orders, on rare occasion shipping for some products may be delayed up to 10 business days. Customers will generally be notified via email if such a delay occurs.
To help ensure all orders are processed for our valued customers in the expedient manner possible, some products purchased from us may be shipped from different warehouses and therefore may arrive separately.
Sorry, no "rain checks" on advertised specials, clearance items, or out-of-stock products.
We proudly offer shipping within the contiguous USA, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Shipping for most products is also available to Canada and Mexico residents. International shipping options for customers worldwide available to registered Bongo members only. Shipping cost for orders shipping outside the contiguous USA will be calculated manually after an order is received. Actual shipping cost will be provided via email. We do not offer free shipping outside contiguous USA. Customers are responsible for any customs duties charged for International orders.
Please inspect all products purchased and report any damage to us within two (2) business days after receipt. We are not responsible for shipping damage reported to us after this time.
All warranty claims are handled direct with the respective product manufacturer. If you require warranty assistance for a product purchased from us, we will gladly request a warranty claim / RMA# from the respective manufacturer on your behalf. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

If a product purchased from us arrives to you damaged in any way, please contact us within two (2) business days after product arrival to report damage. If warranty support is required, we will contact the respective manufacturer on your behalf to request a warranty claim / RMA#. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Orders received by customers residing outside the contiguous USA may be subject to additional shipping and handling cost. This additional cost will be calculated after checkout and customer notified via email within two business days. Special order items, which are shipped direct from product manufacturers, cannot be returned under any circumstances.
All product returns must be approved. We will not accept product returns without prior authorization. All returned products, excluding warranty claims, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returned products must arrive to us in new condition in original packaging. If returned product appears used or damaged, refund will not be provided.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. For products originally purchased with "free shipping," actual shipping cost paid by us will be deducted from any refund issued for all returns. No product returns accepted on special order (non-inventory) items except in cases of damaged products due to shipping.
Please inspect your order when it arrives for damage and verify your order is complete. We do not offer free exchanges or returns for damaged or incorrect merchandise if reported to us more than two (2) business days after delivery date.
We do not accept product returns for non-warranty issues after 10 business days from original delivery date. All returned items must be received in their original packaging, unopened, and unused condition. If a returned item has been opened, appears used, and/or damaged in any way a refund / credit will not be issued.
